Chicken Tikkaby Rachael Ray as found in 30 Minute Meals 2.Makes 4 Servings1 cup plain yogurt1 rounded teaspoon mild curry pasteJuice of 1 lemon3 Tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves1 1/2 pounds chicken tendersPreheat grill pan or indoor electric grill to high.Combine yogurt, curry paste, lemon juice, and cilantro in a shallow dish. Add chicken tenders and coat evenly. Thread chicken tenders onto skewers, and cook on high for about 5 minutes on each side.Serve with your choice of chutneys, flatbreads, and raita.
