Chicken Tikka by Rachael Ray as found in 30 Minute Meals 2. Makes 4 Servings 1 cup plain yogurt 1 rounded teaspoon mild curry paste Juice of 1 lemon 3 Tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders Preheat grill pan or indoor electric grill to high. Combine yogurt, curry paste, lemon juice, and cilantro in a shallow dish. Add chicken tenders and coat evenly. Thread chicken tenders onto skewers, and cook on high for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with your choice of chutneys, flatbreads, and raita.
