Tzatziki

8 ounces plain yogurt
1/2 cup cucumber -- chopped
1 tablespoon onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

Combine, chill until ready to serve.


NOTES : Do not use fat free plain yogurt.
